Ms. Wellington is also extremely generous and would love to share her secrets with the world. She was delighted to be approached by our newspaper for an interview. She did however, asked us to do something in return and as we are very loving and generous too, agreed completely!

LASAGNE

Ingredients:

Cheese

Veg cabbage Cabbage GiantTomato One Giant Tomato
Veg cornsalad Cornsalad Veg coriander Coriander
Veg fiddlehead Fiddlehead Tool saltshaker Salt to taste
Veg arugula Arugula

Madame's Comments: "By making this recipe with my book and my patented oven you have saved yourself 15 dukkas!"

Procedure:

You must cook the pasta in water first just like you would with any other pasta. While you're doing this, finely chop the Giant Tomato, Fiddlehead, Arugula, Cornsalad Coriander and blend in the patented Simona 2000 blender (sold separately) add salt. This will create a savory sauce. In a cake mold generously place one layer of pasta, one layer of cheese, one layer of the sauce you made in the Simona 2000 blender (sold separately), one layer of Collard Greens and one layer of Cabbage. Repeat. Top with stripes of cheese. Three or four stripes will do.


Place the mold inside the ©MARADAN•GHOUSE Madame Simona 3000®™ Patented Oven. Cook on high for 30 minutes.


Makes 2 delicious servings.


To accessorize:

Serve with Asparagus and Nachos on the side.

Procedure:

Fry the Fish in the Patented Madame Simona 1000 Skillet (sold separately). When crispy and golden place the fish and the chips in a mold inside the ©MARADAN•GHOUSE Madame Simona 3000®™ Patented Oven. Cook on high for 12 minutes to give it the delicious "baked" effect.


Makes 1 delicious serving, unless you make more.


To accessorize:

Serve with Nachos on the side if desired.

Procedure:

You must cook the pasta in water first just like you would with any other pasta. While you're doing this, finely chop the Giant Tomato, Fiddlehead, Arugula, Cornsalad and Coriander and blend in the patented Simona 2000 blender (sold separately), add salt. This will create a savory sauce. Stir in a saucepan and place it inside the ©MARADAN•GHOUSE Madame Simona 3000®™ Patented Oven. Cook the sauce on high for 10 minutes. When the noodles are ready, top them with the sauce you just cooked in the ©MARADAN•GHOUSE Madame Simona 3000®™ Patented Oven. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top of the sauce when it is still hot.


Makes 2 delicious servings.


To accessorize:

Serve with Asparagus on the side. Top with some more coriander or some imported parsley.
